Refund policy

At HUAT.GG, we strive to provide high-quality products that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (including keyboards with custom VTuber designs) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items that show signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at GG@huat.gg with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at GG@huat.gg with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at GG@huat.gg.

7. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
